Capt. Crocker Leadership PraiseShe may be a captain, but she's also a deputy who is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and put team before self. That's the leadership style of Capt. Crocker. Deputy Lackey recently shared this note about one of his favorite leaders. “Since I've been here, Captain Crocker has been a deputy’s deputy. She gets out on the floor and helps anyway she can, whether it’s escorting inmates or serving trays. She never forgot where she came from. She understands what it's like to be on a shift short handed with a lot of moves. She has every deputy’s respect. If you follow NSO policy, she is in your corner. If it’s an honest mistake, she’ll correct you and get you back on track. She makes every deputy want to come to work. When you see the OIC moving inmates, it makes you want to give 110 percent. It is an honor to work and serve beside her," Dep. Lackey said.
